Fans waited 15 years for Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana’s collaboration album I can’t feel my face. Both rappers have teased the project in interviews, with Juelz revealing over the summer “All I’m saying is Wayne is my brother.” Rapper Dipset added: “We never work on music apart from each other, as well as together, so for us to make a I can’t feel my face project is certainly not improbable.

On Friday, fans got a glimpse of what it could look like if Wayne and Juelz went into the studio to ICFMF. The Harlem rapper shared a photo of himself in the studio with Weezy, concocted on the keyboards. He captioned the epic moment, “CARTER 6 In Process… #ICFMF.” Wayne and Santana were forced to reckon with them in the early 2000s. Although Wayne admitted in 2013 that he used ICFMF records for his I am not a human II album, Juelz’s manager, Twin, says the duo has a lot more music for a solid mixtape.

“We have a total of 25 songs that we’re about to go through and choose,” he told The Breakfast Club. “We’ve already spoken to Wayne. [Cortez Bryant] and everyone’s on board, so we’re going to release it in the next six months. Juelz also recently launched his I Can’t Feel My Face label, telling TMZ in July, “Me and Wayne had this project and people know it was just pure fire coming from this project, so I want that people know whatever you do get from I Can’t Feel My Face – whether it’s a T-shirt, whether it’s candy – it’s gonna be good, it’s gonna be fire.
